All buyers are subject to a 15% buyer’s premium. You may take a 1.5% discount if you pay by cash, check, or debit card on the day of the sale or by Friday if bidding absentee.
We are happy to accept phone bids or absentee bids. This is everything you need to know about bidding:

Please call us or E-Mail us throughout the week or on Saturday between 10AM – 4PM to discuss the particulars of any items you are interested in.

If we do not have an established relationship, we will need identification BEFORE you bid.

We reserve the right to reject bids.

Phone bids will start on you for $200 unless absentee bidding starts the bidding higher.

Absentee bids are bid competitively, and equal/tied bids will go to the first bidder.

The purchaser will pay shipping and insurance charges, plus a $15 flat rate for handling.

We will only ship items smaller than a bread box. Shipping for larger items will be arranged by the buyer BEFORE purchase. We do not have a shipping company in our area and can not pack large items well enough for UPS or FedEx shipping.

Items will be shipped after the payment has cleared.

Winning bidders will be notified on Sunday night (late) by emailed invoice and payment and/or arrangements are expected within five days or items may be resold.

Absentee bids must be in by 3:30 PM on the Saturday before the auction. DO NOT email bids after 3:30 or on Sunday morning. Our computers are tied up with the sale and we will not receive your bids until it’s too late.
